Large Capacity Gantry Crane Helps the Construction of Lunan High-Speed Railway Bridge
Recently, two MG500t large Gantry Crane made by our group have been successfully delivered. At present, the two Gantry Crane are serving Yanzhou Girder making Plant, QHTJ1 standard girder making division of Qufu to Heze section of Lunan High-speed Railway, and they set a record for the largest tonnage of the Girder crane.
It is reported that the Qufu to Heze section of lunan high-speed railway is located in the Jinze development axis of the economic boom belt in southwest Shandong Province. It starts from Qufu under the jurisdiction of Jining city in the east and ends in Heze in the west. The route is 160.75km long and runs through 7 counties including Yanzhou city.
The project is a double-line passenger dedicated line with the target speed of 350km/h, among which the prefabricated bridge of The South Shandong high-speed railway QHTJ-1 standard beam system branch, Yanzhou girder plant, weighs 1000t, which is hoisted by the Girder crane made by our Crane group.
The gantry crane is also referred to as the portal crane and Door crane. It is one of the boom cranes driven by electric power and operated by rail. Its structure can be roughly divided into two parts: the upper rotating part and the lower operating part. The upper rotating part is mounted on a tall portal frame (portal frame) and can rotate 360 'relative to the lower operating part. The gantry can run along the track and it is also the load-bearing part of the crane. The crane's dead weight and lifting weight are borne by the gantry, and transmitted to the ground track by it. The gantry crane is named from this gantry base.
After arriving at the project site, on site supervision engineer wang gong showed the scene of the installation site to our group at the first time, and said, "dafang gantry crane has strong strength. If there are any big projects like this in the future, dafang gantry crane must be chosen". The appearance and details of the product are well received by customers.
