The operation method of lifting heavy objects with the manual hoist
First, the hand zipper must be pulled clockwise to drive the hand sprocket to drive. The friction plate ratchet wheel and the brake seat are pressed together to rotate together, and the long tooth shaft rotates the plate gear, the short tooth shaft and the spline hole gear. Through these devices, the lifting sprocket on the spline hole gear drives the lifting chain, so that the weight can be lifted steadily.
Secondly, when the manual hoist is lowering heavy objects, the principle of lifting heavy objects is basically similar. When lowering the heavy objects, pull the hand zipper strip counterclockwise and separate the brake pads by the brake seat. The ratchet wheel is stationary under the action of the pawl, five feet The long shaft drives the hoisting sprocket to run in the reverse direction, so as to achieve a steady drop of the weight. This is the operating principle of the hand hoist.
Of course, the manual hoist generally uses a single-phase ratchet brake, which can automatically brake under load, and the pawl engages with the ratchet under the action of the spring, so that the brake starts to work safely.
