How to run-in and maintain the newly bought crane?
The maintenance during the crane running-in period is the most important link in order to allow the crane to operate normally, reduce the failure rate of the equipment, and extend the service life of the equipment.
After the crane is installed in the factory, it is generally stipulated that there will be a running-in period of about 60 hours (known as the running-in period), which is stipulated by the manufacturer according to the technical characteristics of its initial use.
Single beam crane running-in period.
The maintenance during the running-in period is summarized as the following points:
1. Since crane is a special equipment, the driver should receive professional training and guidance from the manufacturer, and have a full understanding and mastery of the structure, principle, and performance of the equipment. They must learn all kinds of operation and maintenance experience before they can go. Operating the machine and maintaining the factory manual are also compulsory materials for the driver to use the equipment. Before using the machine, be sure to read the maintenance manual carefully, and operate and maintain it as required.
2. Pay attention to the workload during the crane running-in period. During the running-in period, the workload should generally not exceed 80% of the maximum rated load, and the workload should be reasonably arranged to prevent the machine from operating for a long time and causing the equipment to overheat.
3. Pay attention to the instructions of the various instruments during use. If abnormal conditions occur, brake and eliminate them in time. If the cause is not found, and the fault is not completely eliminated, the operation should be stopped.
4. Pay attention to the (water) level and quality of the equipment lubricating hydraulic oil, cooling brake fluid and fuel, as well as the airtightness of the whole machine. If it is found that the oil and water have decreased too much during the inspection, the reason should be analyzed first. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication part should be strengthened. It is strongly recommended that workers in each shift perform routine maintenance on the equipment used, especially during the running-in period.
5. Keep machinery and equipment clean, adjust and tighten loose parts in time, so as to prevent parts from being worn and lost due to loosening.
6. After the running-in period is over, the machine should be subject to compulsory maintenance, make adjustments and inspections, and pay attention to the complete replacement of the oil.
In short, the maintenance requirements during the running-in period can be summarized as: strengthen learning, reduce load, pay attention to inspection, and strengthen maintenance. As long as paying attention to its maintenance and doing various tasks as required, it will increase the service life of the product, speed up the operation efficiency, and better serve the production of the enterprise.
