Before work:
1. For single-beam bridge cranes with a cab, the driver should check hooks, wire ropes, safety devices and other components in accordance with the requirements of the check card before driving. If abnormal conditions are found, they should be eliminated.
2. For ground-operated single-beam bridge cranes, each shift should have a special person responsible for inspection according to the requirements of the check card, and abnormal conditions should be eliminated.
3. The operator must confirm that there is no one on the platform or track before turning on the main power supply. When the power supply circuit breaker is locked or there is a notice board, the power supply can be turned on only after the original relevant personnel remove it.
Working: 1. When lifting a heavy object for the first time in each shift or the load reaches the maximum weight, the heavy object should be lowered after the height of 0.5 meters from the ground, and the brake performance should be checked. After the reliability is /confirm/ied, normal operation should be carried out.
2. If an abnormality is found, immediately stop the machine and cut off the power supply, check the cause and remove it in time
After work 1. Raise the hook to a certain height, park the cart at the designated position, place the controller handle at the "zero" position, lower the knife switch, and cut off the power supply.
2. Carry out daily maintenance.

Single beam crane maintenance method:
1. Check the temperature of the motor housing and bearing part of the Single beam crane, as well as the noise and vibration of the motor for any abnormal phenomena.
2. When the crane is frequently started, the cooling capacity of the ventilation will decrease due to the low speed, and the current is large, the temperature rise of the motor will increase quickly, it should be noted that the temperature rise of the motor cannot exceed the upper limit specified in the manual, according to the motor Adjust the brake as required by the instruction manual.
3. When the crane is not used frequently and the sealing condition and use environment are good, the lubricating oil in the gearbox of the crane needs to be replaced every six months. When the use environment is bad, it needs to be replaced every quarter. If you find inward water or foam on the oil surface and determine that the oil has deteriorated, you must change the oil immediately. When changing the oil, you should strictly follow the oil products specified in the gearbox instruction manual, and be sure to avoid mixed use of oil products.
4. The daily maintenance of the reducer can refer to the manufacturer's instruction manual for maintenance, and often check the anchor bolts of the reducer, and they should not be loosened.
5. Maintenance and maintenance skills of crane winch unit: Always observe the oil window of the reduction box to check whether the oil level of the lubricating oil is within the specified range. If it is lower than the specified oil level, the lubricating oil must be added in time.
6. Grease should be added to the bearing seats at both ends of the reel every two days, and the surface of the reel and the wire rope should be greased according to the situation. (The rolling bearings of the fixed and moving pulley sets need to be replenished with grease once a month!
