1. 2. Before lifting and hoisting operations, the site should be surveyed in detail, and a special construction plan should be prepared in accordance with the characteristics of the project and the operating environment, and approved by the technical person in charge of the enterprise. 3. The crane machine should be inspected and accepted after entering the site. The reassembled crane machine should be tested according to the regulations, including static load and dynamic load tests, and the sensitivity and reliability of various safety devices should be tested. After being assembled according to the plan, the squeegee should be tested by a test hoist, and it can be used only after it is confirmed to meet the requirements;

4. In addition to regular maintenance in accordance with regulations, automobile cranes should also undergo regular annual operation tests, including rated load and overload tests, to inspect their mechanical properties, structural deformation and load capacity.
