Three reasons for oil leakage of electric single beam crane reducer
The oil leakage problem of the reducer is more common when the electric single beam crane is in use. The reducer with serious oil leakage will have a negative impact on the cleanliness of the crane itself and the surrounding environment, and will also affect the progress of the work. Today we have summarized the three main reasons for the oil leakage of the electric Single beam crane reducer.
There are three main reasons for the oil leakage of the reducer:
One is due to unreasonable design. For example, if the vent is not designed or the vent is too small, the internal pressure of the reducer cannot be balanced with the external pressure, resulting in leakage of lubricating oil; because the oil sump of the reducer of the trolley operating mechanism is composed of the upper and lower tanks. Because of long-term operation, the connecting surface of the two tanks is not tightly sealed and easy to leak oil.
The second is that the manufacturing design fails to meet the requirements, and the precision of the joint surface of the box body is not enough, which leads to the lack of sealing and oil leakage.
Third, improper use and maintenance caused multiple blockages, resulting in excessive internal pressure, excessive oil volume, and excessive oil level; the connecting bolts were loose and the joint surface of the two boxes was not tight.
The above are the three reasons we have summarized. Electric Single beam cranes are widely used in modern industries and have an irreplaceable effect on the development of lifting enterprises. However, while bringing efficiency, convenience, and speed to the production process of enterprises, accidents frequently occur due to unsafe factors of machinery, causing huge economic losses to the enterprise. Ensuring its safe operation is our top priority.
