The crane is mainly made of metal structure, so it is particularly important for the maintenance and maintenance of the metal part. The following takes the track and bridge part as an example to briefly introduce some daily inspection and maintenance work:

1. The track is mainly to observe whether the track is straight, whether the pressing plate is firm, and whether there is any looseness. If it is found that the track is stuck when the trolley is walking, try to correct the track or adjust the wheels. The joints of the trolley's track should be aligned, and the height difference and lateral misalignment should not be greater than 1mm, and the gap should be less than 2mm.

2. Bridge Bridge Bridge is the main force-bearing component in the metal structure of the crane. The quality of maintenance work is directly related to the safety and performance of the crane. Therefore, you should pay attention to:

(1) It is necessary to avoid abrupt starting, braking and collision with another crane, because this violent action will cause a large additional dynamic load on the bridge;

(2) Perform regular deflection measurements on the main beam to verify whether the main beam exceeds the specified deformation range;

(3) Check the main welds of the main beam and end beams. If cracks are found in the welds, stop using them immediately, then remove the cracked welds and re-weld them with welding rods. When re-welding, pay attention to the welding method to ensure the welding quality and deformation due to uneven heating. Check whether the connecting bolts between the main beam and the end beam are loose;

(4) When it is found that there is residual deformation of the main beam (or the web is instability), it should be stopped immediately, and the repair method shall be formulated after the research of the personnel;

(5) After the bridge is repaired or reinforced, the test should be carried out. The test method is the same as that described above, and it can be used only after it is qualified.
