1. Fast wear

Therefore, during the running-in period, it is easy to cause wear of the parts (especially the mating surface), and the wear rate is fast. At this time, if the crane is overloaded, it may cause damage to parts and early failures.
2. Poor lubrication
Due to the small fitting clearance of newly assembled parts of the crane, and due to assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the fitting clearance. Lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to prevent wear. Thereby reducing the lubrication efficiency, causing the early abnormal wear of the crane parts. In severe cases, it will cause scratches or seizures on the friction surface of the precision fit, leading to failures.
3. Loose
Newly processed and assembled parts and components have deviations in geometric shape and matching dimensions. In the early stage of use, due to the impact of alternating loads such as shock and vibration, as well as the influence of factors such as heat and deformation, and excessive wear and other reasons, they are easy to cause The originally fastened parts are loose.
4. Leakage occurs
Due to the loosening of the crane parts, vibration and the influence of the heat of the machine, there will be leakage in the sealing surface of the machine and the pipe joints; some defects such as casting and processing are difficult to find during assembly and debugging, but due to the problems in the operation process Vibration and shock will expose this defect, which manifests as leakage (seepage) of oil (water). Therefore, leakage is prone to occur during the running-in period.
5. Many operational errors
Due to insufficient understanding of the structure and performance of the crane (especially new operators), it is easy to cause malfunctions due to operating errors, and even cause mechanical accidents
How to maintain single and double beam cranes?
1. Frequently check the temperature of the motor housing and bearing parts of the single beam crane, as well as the noise and vibration of the motor for abnormal phenomena.
2. In the case of frequent starting of single beam cranes, due to the low rotation speed, the cooling capacity of the ventilation will be reduced, and the current is large, the temperature rise of the motor will increase quickly, it should be noted that the temperature rise of the motor cannot exceed the upper limit specified in the manual Value, adjust the brake in accordance with the requirements of the motor instruction manual.
3. When the single-beam crane is not used very frequently and the sealing condition and use environment are good, the lubricating oil in the reduction box of the single-beam crane needs to be replaced every six months. It needs to be replaced every quarter. When it is found that there is always foam in the water or the oil surface in the tank and it is determined that the oil has deteriorated, the oil must be changed immediately.
4. The daily maintenance of the reducer can refer to the manufacturer's manual for maintenance, and the anchor bolts of the reducer should be checked frequently, and the connection must not be loosened.
5. Maintenance and maintenance skills of single-beam crane hoisting unit: Always observe the oil window of the reduction box to check whether the oil level of the lubricating oil is within the specified range. If it is lower than the specified oil level, the lubricating oil must be added in time.
6. Grease should be added to the bearing seats at both ends of the single-beam crane drum every two days. The surface of the drum and the wire rope should be greased according to the situation. The rolling bearings of the fixed and movable pulleys need to be refilled with grease once a month.
