The Malay customer purchased two Chain Hoists

Last month, through customer recommendation, I had the honor to contact a local customer in Malaysia. At that time, I just sent an E-mail to the customer to confirm the parameter information. Before long, a strange number called twice, answered and found that it was the customer. He tried hard to communicate with me in Chinese, which was not very fluent. After the phone call, we clearly know that the customer wants the electric chain hoist for the indoor workshop, and they are the factory that produces and manufactures accessories.

The customer wanted two 5T electric chain hoists for use on the single girder overhead crane. However, after understanding the specific working conditions, it was found that the span in the middle of the overhead crane was too small, and it would be impossible to operate if two electric hoists were placed on it. After we repeated communication and suggestions with customers finally, the client abandoned the plan first. He then inquired about the Chain block and Push trolley. This manual chain hoist is more suitable for his projects.
