How to eliminate the shaking of multifunctional crane

The multi-function crane sometimes shakes a little when it starts and stops, or it is quite dangerous. So how should we eliminate this phenomenon? Let's take a look together next!

　　 (1) There is a wheel that cannot turn flexibly. Because the backing plate of the fixed wheel bearing seat is skewed and the bearing is not sensitive, the wheel will stop first when parking. 　

　　 (2) There are worn gaps in the transmission parts. For example, the gear of the gear coupling and the gear of the reducer or its coupling key are not too tight, and the gap between the connecting bolts (reamed hole bolts) and the hole of the drive shaft is worn out, and it is still rotating.

　　 (3) The difference between the tightness of the holding brake is a little big.

　　(4) The braking distances of the brakes on both sides of the driven crane are different. When parking, one of the brake wheels has stopped, and the other is still turning in circles.
