Wear of I-beam wheels of LD electric single beam crane
The I-beam wheels of the LD electric single-girder crane are severely worn, with a lifting capacity of 10 tons, a span of 22.5m, a working level of A3, and ground walking operations. The wear of the I-beam has reached a quarter of the total thickness. After on-site inspection, although it does not meet the scrapping standards, it must be stopped immediately for maintenance. The total length is 1.2 meters. During the start and stop process of a single beam crane, due to the friction between the wheels and the I-beam, a fixed position is generally used. Therefore, the car slipped badly when it got here.
It is relatively simple to repair the wear and tear of I-beam. If there is no wear in the future, the problem must be solved fundamentally. The traditional single-girder crane only needs to be lifted once to reach the set speed. Under a large impact, the friction between the wheel and the I-beam increases, which accelerates the wear of the I-beam. Therefore, we plan to level the worn parts of the I-beam and strengthen the lower edge with a 6mm thick steel plate. A frequency converter is added to the electronic control to control the speed of the vehicle by changing the frequency of the current. It can make the car accelerate slowly when starting, and reduce the friction between the wheels and the I-beam.
