The undesirable phenomenon of the bridge is that the skew difference exceeds a certain range, and the undesirable function of the main girder is manifested as side bending. The following is the solution to the side bending problem of the main girder of the bridge crane.
Inward bending of the main girder of the bridge crane: the deformation is mainly due to partial twists and bumps. The upper and lower cover plates have different degrees of twists and turns, and the lower cover plates are more severe. According to the requirements of deflection correction, the heating zone should be set at or near the outstanding part of the side bend. At this moment, the heating area can be heated into a trapezoid in the lower cover.
Therefore, the heating triangle of the inner web is larger than the heating triangle of the outer web. Sometimes, because the waveform of the inner web of the main girder is corrected, the effect of correcting the inward bending of the main girder can also be received. In some cases, part of the inward bending is severe, and the upper and lower cover plates are also deformed, and even the upper cover plate is more severe, so the side bends must be repaired separately. In this case, the upper and lower abdominal steel plates are heated at the isosceles. If the inside of the cover is severely bent, the triangle heating area of the upper cover should be larger.
