Chain Hoist Load Testing Before Shipment

As a crane manufacturer, we not only produce cranes, but also we strictly carry out factory inspection to ensure that our cranes are of high quality

Last week, one India customer ordered 5 pcs of electric hoist from us. It’s fixed type chain hoist with double lifting speed. After our customer made the deposit payment, we begin to produce these hoists. After production finished, our technic department make a lot of testing. The very important one is the rated load testing. 

Since it’s a 3 ton capacity chain hoist, we use a 1000 Kg weight and a 2000 Kg weight to do the testing, and the chain hoist lifts them successfully. Of course it’s not the only test, our chain hoist also has the lifting limit function which means when the hook approach it’s higher position, the lifting power will be cut off automatically, because every chain hoist is equipped with a lifting limit device located under the chain hole of the hoist shell which will prevents damage to the hoist caused by excessive lifting. 

All the testing are perfect, after our customer seeing our testing vides, he is very satisfied and make the balance payment. Considering he ordered 5 pcs of chain hoists, and they will be used very frequently in his warehouse, we also added some spares parts that are relatively easily damaged. For example the braking pads and the pendant controller, after all, our customer is in India, if these spare parts are damaged during long term use, it’s not easy to buy them locally. Our client was moved by our carefulness and immediately said that he would continue to buy cranes from us and recommend them to his friends.
