Safety protection of bridge crane

(1) When the hoisting load reaches 90% of the extra load, the system sends out an alarm signal; when the hoisting load reaches the extra load, the system can actively cut off the power supply and send out an alarm signal.

(2) When the spreader rises to the limit position, it should be able to actively cut off the lifting power supply.

(3) A protective plate is set under the end beam of the sliding line end of the cart to avoid accidental contact between the spreader or the steel wire rope and the sliding line: a protective plate is set up between the ladder leading to the ladder and the platform and the sliding line.

(4) Set a stop at the end of the track to make it have the performance of avoiding the derailment of the bridge.
