Lifting Equipment for Cement Roller Press

The development of industry cannot leave the universal crane, so does the cement industry. As a crane expert of wire rope hoist and electric winch, Dongqi has supplied lot of this equipment for design institutes and cement plants.

The cement roller press is very important very important machine in cement production, Its normal operation is directly related to the quality and output of cement. Therefore, the maintenance of the cement roller press is particularly important. For such a huge giant part, the cement factory needs to plan the appropriate hoist or winch in the corresponding position in advance.

During the expansion of the Jurong Taini Cement factory, they need a wire rope hoist can lift new cement roller press which weighs 120 tons. Dongqi group was involved in the design throughout. As the crane is used for maintenance only, we recommend 2 set of 60 tons wire rope hoist which are located on a trolley. This is the most economic design, however, our customer insist the winch type trolley, as they thought its more solid though it’s a little expensive. So we make the lifting mechanism to be a winch type with an electric trolley, the pulley ratio is 16/2, whose capacity can up to 132 tons, after that we provided all the specifications and dimensions to Jurong Taini cement factory to build infrastructure advance. What we designed is perfectly match their Cement Roller Press and factory. In order to refine the functions of each crane, we also install separate electric wire hoist for the roller press reducer and motors.

Today, all the customized electric wire rope hoist and winch trolley for this cement factory are completed, they are ready to ship to site. Dongqi group, an indispensable partner in the cement industry!
