Design principle of main beam of electric single beam crane
The electric single girder crane produced by our company is designed and manufactured according to the standard JB/T12008, and is used in conjunction with CD1 and MD1 electric hoists. Now it has become a light and small crane running on rails. Simple and reasonable structure, light and flexible, Easy to use and maintain. The electric single-beam crane is widely used in metalworking workshops, assembly workshops, repair workshops, steel structure workshops and various warehouses. It can also be used for auxiliary lifting in metallurgical and foundry workshops. Taking into account the need for wind and rain protection, after improving the design, it can also be used in open fields.
The structural features of the electric single beam crane are as follows:
Steel structure part
The metal structure of the electric single beam crane is mainly composed of two parts: the main beam and the end beam. The main beam structure is mostly a combined cross section of I-beam and steel plate. It is composed of cover plate, web and I-beam. There are also longitudinal and transverse stiffener plate in the main box. Its safety and reliability directly affect the operation quality and working ability of the crane.
Electric hoist
Generally, the electric hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam on the lower flange of the I-beam below the main beam. The main varieties are CD1 and MD1. The CD1 type has a lifting speed of 8m/min (when its lifting capacity is 10 tons, the lifting speed is 7m/min); the MD1 type is a two-speed hoist with a lifting speed of 8 m/min and 0.8m/min (its When the lifting capacity is 10 tons, the lifting speed is 7m/min and 0.72m/min). The standard lifting height of the gantry crane equipment is 6m, 9m, 12m, 18m, 24m, 30m, etc. The hoist has two running speeds along the main beam, 30m/min and 20m/min, and 20m/min is generally recommended.
