Introduction and application of pillar jib crane
The pillar jib crane belongs to industrial machinery, it is a kind of light crane, suitable for working in fixed workplaces such as docks, warehouses, workshops, etc.
This pillar jib crane usually works with wire rope hoists or electric chain hoists. It consists of a fixed column, a rotating arm, a rotating drive mechanism and an electric hoist.
The round column is fixed on the concrete foundation by anchor bolts. The motor drive mechanism rotates the cantilever. The electric hoist runs on the beam.
The jib crane is a light and medium crane, which can load 0.25t, 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 8t, 10t, 16t. You can choose different load capacity and rotation angle according to the actual working place, such as 180°, 270°, 340°, 360°. The type of rotation is: electric or manual.
Features and advantages of jib cranes
Simple structure, convenient operation method, flexible rotation and extensive working conditions.
Use high-strength bolts to connect and install;
High quality, high efficiency, competitive price;
The overall structure is reasonable and simple, light weight, in line with national standards;
No need to modify the surrounding building structure.
Application of jib crane:
The most common applications are workstations, machine tools, welding and some small assembly workshops.
They are also often used in simple loading/unloading operations and do not require precise identification of the load.
If you need to accurately position heavy objects, frequent use of cranes, jib cranes may not be the best solution.
