HD Europe standard single Girder overhead crane is our new designed crane for the low workshop and high lifting height demands. Its technology and design standard is based on: DIN (Germany), FEM (Europe), and ISO (International). Its particular and special travelling structure will be your best choice.
It could be widely used to handle materials in many industries' workshop and warehouse, such as machinery manufacture, paper making, electronic industry workshop and other material handling situations. The lifting hoist adopts M5 working class with double lifting speed motor. Cross and long traveling speed are variable. The protection class is level IP54.
Equipments like air-condition, buzzer, interphone can be configured according to our client's request! The travelling motor can be standard motor or soft stard motor or .And it can work with frequency controller to meet different speed requirements.
Geared motors of cross travel and long travel apply to closed type transmission gear, which has low noise and maintenance free.
Modularized electrics with multiple protection devices are designed to improve the safety of operate.
Equiped with instantaneously respond limit switch so that it can automatically stop the lifting movement when hook reach to both upper and inferior limit.
