When the lifting organization uses the inverter to control only one motor, because the inverter has multiple maintenance functions such as overcurrent and overheating, there is no need to set a thermal relay.
The thickness of the steel plate used in the manufacture of single beam cranes is generally 6-12mm, plus the negative service of the steel plate itself. Therefore, the influence of the rust layer on the single-beam crane cannot be ignored. At the same time, the surface oxide layer and rust also have a great influence on the spraying life of the crane, because the rust layer and the oxide layer simply fall off, so if the oxide layer and rust layer are not removed before spraying, the oxide layer will peel off on the back of the paint. , Peeling and other phenomena. After the inverter wiring is completed, the correctness of the wiring of each circuit should be checked first. On the premise of ensuring the correct wiring, first cut off the power supply of each organization's inverter, and then switch on the main power supply. Check the correctness of auxiliary power sources such as the main control circuit, limiter, auxiliary power supply, lighting power supply, etc., turn on the power supply of the corresponding organization in turn, and debug the inverter and its speed control system.
The main structure of the single-beam crane is steel structure welded parts, and the commonly used manufacturing materials are steel plates, section steels, etc. When these materials are purchased from the steel market, there is generally a layer of rust. Rust is caused by the oxide layer formed when the surface reacts with oxygen and water in the air.
