The commonly used anti-sway methods for bridge cranes mainly include manual, mechanical and electrical. Among them, electrical anti-sway and inverted eight character anti-sway of mechanical anti-sway are better solutions.
The electric anti swing system has the following advantages: reduce the swing amplitude by more than 90%, improve the production efficiency by more than 30%; be able to accurately locate in a short time, reduce the working intensity of the operator; easy to operate, reduce the impact, prolong the service life of the crane; improve the use safety. The biggest advantage of the inverted eight shape anti sway system is that it can prevent two-way swing in the operation of crane and trolley, and the center of the tension wire rope is close to the load center. In practical application, the superiority of the anti swing function is also proved.
