YZ 125T/50T/10T Casting Cranes loaded and shipped to Yongxing Steel (Thailand)

Recently, 39 sets of casting cranes including 125 tons produced by Henan mine were exported to Thailand, helping Yongxing Steel (Thailand) with an annual production capacity of more than 1.8 million tons of large-scale construction steel production.

Casting crane is the main equipment in steelmaking process. It is used to lift molten steel or hot metal in steelmaking workshop. It works in high-temperature and dusty environment with high working level, which is generally A7-A8. Ladle overhead cranes are mainly used for the converter feeding span to the converter to add molten iron, and the molten steel is lifted to the refining furnace on the refining span or the molten steel is lifted to the continuous casting rotary ladle table on the molten steel receiving span. The YZ type 125T/50T/10T ladle cranes contracted by Henan mine for Yongxing Steel (Thailand) will all be used in steelmaking, steel rolling and steel deep processing production lines.
