Working principle of QD trolley:

Motor through the shaft coupling put power into the speed reducer, 

speed reducer through the gears to slow down, 

and then slow down speed driven the drum run.

Next to the gear with brake through brake control the lifting mechanism running.

Overload limit is installed on the side of the drum, once it overload,

 it issues an alert to terminate the run.
