
Our company's first four - layer winding wire rope electric hoist successfully completed
Recently, the first four-layer wire rope electric hoist of Nucleon crane company successfully completed the rope winding test, marking our company's new book on the road of new product design and manufacturing.
The company's design and production of the four layer winding electric wire rope hoist is special in that the customer requires the hoist lifting height of 65m, but the length of the drum is only 0.702m, and to the sufficient length of the wire rope winding on the 0.702m drum, we can only use four winding poly-line drum form. Before this, the whole company has only made two layers of winding folding drum, and has never produced such a form of four layer winding electric wire rope hoist, so there is no precedent for reference.
Even in the face of great difficulties, Nucleon people has the courage to challenge and the confidence to complete the task successfully. From the moment of receiving the order, the company's chairman, general manager and other leaders paid special attention to the product, repeatedly asked about the design and manufacturing situation of the electric wire rope hoist, and gave timely guidance. The whole design and production process has been actively cooperated and assisted by various departments of the company, and other brother companies.
In the drum drawings issued to the machining workshop, because the workpiece is too small, the workshop which has the function of processing line of CNC heavy duty lathe and can't add machining center frame, deputy manager came up with the idea that putting forward the two drum sets aside enough allowance, conjoined blanking, machining process, and coordinate implementation, tracking, guidance, until the complete drum line parts processing. Due to roll collar is four layer winding, machining center operators didn’t make such a program, machining director, the deputy manager, and product design department director all-the-way tracking guidance for three consecutive days work overtime, coordinate with each other, and finally finished workpiece machining in October 23, and complete the compound the assembly, the rope test process the next day, and a qualified.
During this period, the deputy chief engineer, was still at the machining site at 8 or 9 PM every day, following up and guiding the processing of the workpiece to ensure the quality and progress of the product processing; Minister of Zhongyi Materials directly stationed in Xinxiang city to urge the processing of external auxiliary drum parts, to jointly follow up the production of products.
In the end, the four layer winding wire rope electric hoist was completed as scheduled under the joint efforts of all relevant personnel, and passed the test smoothly, which gave a satisfactory answer for the design and manufacturing of this new products, and laid a good foundation for the design, development and manufacturing of high-lift electric hoist in the future.
