Nucleon 100T rubber tire gantry crane main structure has been successfully assembled

On February 12, the 24th day of the twelfth lunar month, despite the approaching of the Chinese New Year, there are still a group of Nucleon people at work to ensure the smooth completion of the final assembly of the 100T rubber tire gantry crane for export to Australia. They also make this special gift for the New Year.

The whole assembly process in the project team led by the deputy general manager, and the production department, customer service department, technology department and the security department and other departments under the full cooperation in an orderly manner. Because installation equipment and site conditions are very limited, after discussion, the project team decided to adopt the new method of first setting up the supporting leg, then completing the connection between the bridge frame and the supporting leg, and finally lifting the whole crane on the ground beam. This method does not use lashing rope, and the parts do not need accurate positioning. Besides, the installation of the gantry frame and the inflation of the tire repair can be carried out simultaneously, which greatly saves the assembly time.

Finally, the assembly of the whole main structure of the rubber tire gantry crane was successfully completed at 18:00 that day, which also marked the completion of the production of structural parts. The next step will be the installation and commissioning of the hydraulic system and electrical control system.
