Single beam crane track safety

3. The operator needs to install formal operating instructions to operate the machine. The traction direction should be as consistent as possible with the track. Do not pull the trolley with a certain skewed view point to avoid the trolley from overturning.
4. When the limit accepted by the single girder crane track is not determined, the lifting operation cannot be carried out, because the lifting operation will generate a larger load. If lifting operations are carried out rashly, it is very easy to cause damage to the equipment itself, and even threaten people's lives.
5. When the track operation of the single-beam crane is abnormal, it should be shut down immediately to avoid more severe damage to the equipment. After the equipment stops running, you should find relevant personnel for protection and maintenance in time. Do not disassemble the device without permission. Finally, the daily protection of the single-beam crane should be done well.
