Reasons that cause the electric chain hoist to be inoperable

There are many reasons why the electric chain hoist cannot be operated. I will briefly introduce the reasons and solutions for the electric chain hoist not being operated: 

Reason 1: The phase of the electrical line is connected incorrectly, which causes the phase protection to start, so it cannot be manipulated. 

Solution: swap the power cords of the two phases with each other. 

Reason 2: The fuse of the power supply is blown or the non-fuse switch is tripped. 

Solution: Check whether the current demand is met, replace a suitable fuse or restart the no-fuse switch. 

Reason 3: The fuse of the control circuit is burned out. 

Solution: Check and replace the accurate fuse.

Reason 4: The power cord or control circuit wire is broken or not connected properly.

Solution: Repair or replace the broken or poorly connected wire.
