Crane tipping accident
This accident occupies a high proportion of self-propelled and tower cranes and is one of the most common accidents. Lifting machinery tipping is mostly due to improper support before lifting machinery operation, such as uneven or soft foundations, and no special skids or road base plates (steel plates) are laid under the outriggers or crawlers; the outriggers of the crane are still not fully extended. Use according to the original performance table; the failure of safety devices such as the crane torque limiter, and the over-torque lifting of heavy objects can easily cause the crane to tip over.
