How To Operate Overhead Crane
Overhead crane is a kind of heavy lifting equipment commonly used in workshops. The commonly used models are LD single girder crane, LX underhung bridge crane, HD European standard single girder crane, QD double girder crane, LH double girder hoist bridge crane, NLH European standard hoist overhead crane, etc. The operation mode of the overhead crane can be divided into ground operation and cabin operation. The ground operation mode includes pendant control and wireless remote control.
Pendant control: during the operation, the operator has to follow the crane and the load.
Wireless remote control: it is not necessary to follow the crane and the load when lifting larger and more dangerous goods.
Cabin control: it provides a wide field of vision, and requires dedicated personnel to operate the crane, with the cooperation of personnel on the ground.
Because the single girder overhead crane is relatively simple, it generally uses the ground operation mode, and the remote control is increasingly popular. Large-tonnage double girder overhead crane generally uses the cabin control due to its excellent safety, high efficiency, better vision and better control of the overall situation. The cabin has two types: open and closed. It can be installed on the left or right of the crane according to your needs.
