Four sets of Nucleon high precision automatic ganged bridge cranes were delivered
Recently, four sets of high-precision automatic double girder ganged overhead crane that our company independently researched and developed for a company in Zhejiang have finished the commissioning, and passed the acceptance, delivered to the customer for use.
It is understood that the goods that the customer use this batch of automatic bridge cranes are pipe molds with lengths up to 14 meters, which needs two double girder overhead crane to coordinately operate, and required two automatic overhead cranes to operate synchronously with the hook. There are 11 stations on the site. It is required that the automatic double girder overhead crane can lift and release the workpiece from any two of them with an accuracy of ± 1cm.
In order to meet customers’ requirements, the company's production of automatic ganged double girder overhead crane used network communication technology for the first time, and applied wireless communication, WCS positioning and other technologies, with automatic and manual two modes of operation. In the automatic mode, the position of the trolley and the hook can be intelligently identified; and the running speed can be adjusted by comparing the changes of the position at any time, so that the two trolleys and the hooks can be kept in a straight line when running, so as to ensure the safe operation of lifting and releasing the workpiece. The use of wireless communication technology enables people to operate the automatic ganged double girder overhead cranes in a safe and comfortable central control room. With the cooperation of video monitoring, the operator can control the overall situation more easily and make the automatic bridge crane travelling safer.
In the electrical commissioning stage, our company sent two experienced electrical engineers to the site to guide the installation. In the process of fixed-point debugging, there are many station points on-site, complex operation actions and high positioning accuracy requirements. After repeated modification of the program, on-site debugging engineers have to go through several or even dozens of tests for an anchor point to ensure accurate positioning. When the commissioning is completed and delivered, customers give high praise to our products and services.
Our company's automatic control technology has been widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, construction, garbage disposal and other fields, this batch of high-precision automatic linkage driving once again reflects the stability, rapid, accurate performance characteristics of the technology, to broaden the application of the company's products laid a solid foundation.
