What requirements are necessary while installing overhead crane and gantry crane?

While installing double girder overhead crane, we need to make a detailed installation plan, which contains many different kind of problems, the main content of the plan see the below:

The installation of double girder overhead crane need detailed technical materials, including technical drawing, manuals, instructions, which should be provided by the manufacturer of the crane.

The installation work need to make a proper plan and divide the work in advance and then can yield the twice results with half the effort. All the details of installation process must be recorded, the installation must follow the requirement and as the crane is special equipment, which can only be put into use after acceptance inspection.

The installation location should be in flat place, during installation, the irrelevant persons are not allowed to be on site. 

Fix fencing to the electric welding machine and oxygen-acetylene, to avoid the risk to hurt other person when they are falling down.

Pay attention to the direction while connecting the main girders and supporting legs, keep the crane rail and the crane wheels in the same horizontal line. 

The supporting legs installation should be connected with bolts, to make sure the stability, it’s necessary to use the rope and columns to anchor, adjust the location and keep horizontal.

Fix mounting flange on the supporting leg, and check the depth of parallelism of the flange.
