One 5 ton Single Girder Overhead Crane Finished Installation in Qatar

Recently one of Qatar customer sent us some videos of the 5 ton single girder overhead crane they bought from us in September and just finished all the installation.

The crane lifting height is 5m, span 10.793m, and used in outdoor to lift machineries, as Qatar’s weather is very dry, the hoist doesn’t need to be protected by a rain cover, but if the hoist is working outdoor where it rains, it’s necessary to add some rain cover on the hoist so that the motors and electrics will not be damaged.

As it’s only a small capacity single girder normal type overhead crane, it’s easy to install, but still need professional crane installation engineers to handle the installation procedures. We can provide English Manuals to guide the installation and maintenance of the crane. In the beginning the customer has successfully connected all the mechanical parts of the crane, but don’t know how to connect the electrics, we send some videos we took in our workshop to guide the customers to connect each spare parts like lifting limit switch, overload limit switch, buffers and electric wires, finally the customer finished the electric connection by themselves, and the crane has been put into use. 

If the customers need us to install on site, we can also send one installation engineer to go to customers’ site to do the job.
