Double Girder Hoist Overhead Crane in Mongolia

One set  LH type double girder hoist overhead crane with lifting capacity 20 tons was tested to pass the acceptance in Mongolia On June 5, 2019. Our engineers and the buyer's acceptance team jointly participated in the test.

After successfully passing the no-load operation test, the crane took a 10-minutes statically hanging of 20 tons steel plates, Then the crane carried out front, back, left and right traveling test, and the hoist trolley carried out up-and-down lifting and left-and-right traveling test with 20 tons load weight,

After strict testing by the engineers and buyer's acceptance team, all aspects of the crane performed well and passed the tests smoothly.
In order to verify the ultimate performance of the crane, after our engineers’ permission, the buyer’s team carefully decided to increase the load weight for an overload test.

The weight of steel plates was gradually increased to 24 tons to begin the statically lifting operation. All the people observed the inspection situation outside from the door of the workshop, and the LH type double girder hoist overhead crane successfully completed the statically handing test for 10 minutes. Then the crane carried out front, back, left and right traveling test, and the hoist trolley carried out up-and-down lifting and left-and-right traveling test with 24 tons load weight from the wireless remote control. All the test results are perfect. The test is not over yet.

25 tons, 26 tons, and then the test finally finished at 27.7 tons. After all these overload test, engineers and buyer's acceptance team carefully inspected every part of the crane, all is good. And during these tests, the measurement of infrared instruments shows the degree of crown, side bends and other aspects of this LH type double girder hoist overhead crane complied with international standards. The buyer's acceptance team gave thumbs up to products and highly praised the hard work of the engineers.
