Trussed Type Double Girder Gantry Crane in Russia

This is the northernmost equipment exported by our company. In the design process, the design engineer considered the climate conditions in northern Russia: ultra-low temperature, perennial strong wind. The use of the trussed type gantry crane can greatly reduce the wind resistance, and can reduce the weight of the crane. The steel structure also gives up the material selection in the general equipment and adopts the steel type with better low temperature resistance. All electrical accessories are marked with low temperature resistance in procurement.

In the production process, the welding seam is inspected many times to ensure that all welding points are completely welded according to the requirements. It took two months for our company to complete the acceptance of the largest span flower frame gantry crane. At present, the equipment has been installed and put into use, and the equipment is in good condition.
