Matters needing attention when choosing wire rope electric hoist
The motor is the heart of a wire rope electric hoist, and it is the core of the wire rope electric hoist, so it is very important to choose a good motor. The electric hoist with the motor axis parallel to the drum axis adopted by Lingying has the advantage of small height and length. Its disadvantages are large width, grouping, and complicated manufacturing and assembly. The track turning radius is large.
The electric hoist whose motor axis is perpendicular to the axis of the drum adopts worm gear transmission, which is large in width, heavy in structure, low in mechanical efficiency, and difficult to process. At present, no manufacturer produces products of this type of structure.
The electric hoist with the motor installed in the drum has the advantages of small length and compact structure. The main disadvantages are poor heat dissipation conditions of the motor, poor grouping, inconvenient inspection, installation, and maintenance of the motor, and complex power supply devices.
Adjust the adjusting worm on the balancer so that the balance weight of the balancer is consistent with the weight of the tool used, so that the tool can be balanced at any position of the stroke, that is, the tool is in a weightless state. When adjusting clockwise, the balance weight increases while decreasing. The balance weight has been adjusted to the middle value when it is supplied, and the balance weight must not be higher or lower than the rated value during adjustment, otherwise normal operation will be affected.
