Two sets of 16 ton Subway Gantry Crane Put into Use

Shenghua Group Manufactured 2 sets of MDG Model Single Girder Gantry Crane for Kunming Subway Line 4, the Fourth Engineering Co. Ltd, China Railway No.4 Engineering Group’s Project. One set with 36m span has finished installation and put into use, and the other set with 34m has arrived at the site and is under installation and will put into use very soon.

Kunming Subway Line 4 is located in the High-tech Development Zone in the Northwest, the total length of the line is 43.5 km, covering 29 stops, the maximum speed is 100km/hour, the estimated construction period is 4 year.

The 16 ton subway gantry crane consist of main girder, trolley, crane traveling mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, and electric system, applied to turn over and dump the waste residue in the subway construction and the process of lifting food, for which all the operation are inside room.
