1. 2. Gantry crane anti-corrosion aerial workers must fasten double insurance, wear seat belts and hats, and do labor protection according to relevant requirements. Before the anti-corrosion construction of the gantry crane, all the construction personnel should make a safety technical disclosure, and the construction should be carried out in strict accordance with the technical scheme, and the technical scheme should not be changed without authorization. The lifting operation should be commanded and monitored by a special person; the command signal should be unified, clear and clear.

3. Smoking and fire are prohibited on the painting site, and corresponding fire-fighting equipment shall be provided. When removing welding scars such as doors and legs, the steel pipe installation team must pay attention to fire prevention and prevent damage to cables or electrical equipment. When necessary, carbon arc gouging is used to plan the welding scars and a fire extinguisher is provided for on-site monitoring.

4. Correctly select the spreader, it is not possible to replace the big with the small, and replace the new with the shoddy. The electricity used for painting construction shall comply with relevant regulations.

5. It is strictly forbidden to overload the hanging basket. The number of workers should not exceed 2 at a time. The construction personnel on the hanging basket are strictly prohibited from sticking out of the hanging basket. There shall be no more than 4 workers on the same hanger, and no more than 2 workers on the same working position.

6. During the anti-corrosion construction of the gantry crane, a special person should be assigned to take care of the special construction tooling, and it is strictly forbidden to throw debris.

7. Resolutely obey the management of the on-site safety officer. The operators on the hanging basket must be fastened with double safety ropes, and safety nets and railings should be laid on the hanger. Strictly follow the various safety operation management regulations of the headquarters.

8. The flammable waste in the anti-corrosion coating construction of the gantry crane should be properly stored and burned regularly.
