The braking torque of the brake is unstable
The brake bracket is not concentric with the brake wheel, which is caused by the brake wheel colliding with the brake shoe during braking. Reinstall and adjust the brake bracket.
The brake wheel is not round and the radial pulsation is large. During the braking process, it periodically collides with the brake shoe and causes the brake torque to change. Re-brake the brake wheel to meet the technical requirements or replace the qualified brake wheel.
Common faults in mechanical transmission

It can be solved by cleaning the surface oil stains with kerosene or gasoline.
The brake shoe lining is severely worn, the rivets are exposed, and the rivets are in contact with the brake surface during braking. Not only reducing the braking torque cannot stop the car, but also straining the surface of the brake wheel, which is more harmful, just replace the brake shoe lining.
Improper adjustment of the main spring, low tension, resulting in a decrease in braking torque, and failure to stop the car, resulting in slipping or slipping. Re-adjust the brake to increase the tension of the main spring.
The brake is improperly installed; the brake frame and the brake wheel are not concentric or skewed, resulting in the slipping off the hook or the car.
