The double-girder hook bridge crane belongs to the single-girder crane. Hook bridge cranes have single girder or double girder, double girder is more common, such as general bridge crane, electric hoist bridge crane; single girder such as the kind of hook on one side of the main girder, L-shaped outrigger, Gantry crane with safety hook.
Double-girder hook cranes are used indoors and are equipped with rails of corresponding lengths. The crane rails are generally made of steel. Because of the limited length, they are connected by rail joints. Their function is to facilitate the whole machine or trolley move.
Generally speaking, we need to deal with the rail joints accordingly. This is to ensure that the double-girder hook crane or crane trolley will not encounter resistance or turbulence as much as possible when passing through the rails and achieve a smooth transition. 1. The crane track must meet the requirements of the relevant national standards, and also need to meet the actual production requirements;
2. It is necessary to take into account the influence of thermal expansion and contraction of the rail. After welding, there needs to be a gap, and the size should be controlled within the range of 15-18mm, and it should not be less than 12mm;
3. It is the sequence of rail welding. First, the rail bottom must be welded, and then the rail waist and rail head must be welded. Therefore, the welding method is layer by layer surfacing, repairing the surrounding area.
4. Of course, heat treatment after welding is also necessary, as well as some grinding efforts, as long as the track joint is kept smooth and neat with the track as a whole, it can be completed.
