When the lifting ring is operated, the maximum allowable practical angle is 120 degrees. When the lifting ring is cracked and deformed, it is forbidden to repair the lifting ring by welding and heating and bending; when using the "double screw lifting" method, ensure that the two lifting rings are in the same plane. To this end, an adjusting shim can be added on the supporting surface. The included angle of the supporting rigging should not be greater than 90 degrees, and the maximum lifting weight of each eyebolt should be calculated at half of its rated load.

The lifting ring should be replaced in time if the following conditions occur: any part of the lifting ring is cracked or visible with the naked eye; the lifting ring has obvious plastic deformation; the wear of any part of the lifting ring is greater than 2.5% of the original size; the diameter of the lifting ring is worn or rusted exceeds the nominal size The deformation rate of the inner length L of the long ring is more than 5%; the thread part of the ring screw is damaged, and a good fit cannot be formed.

The use method and precautions of the eye screw series products: the eye screw must be screwed to the support surface closely, and tools are not allowed to tighten; when the eye screw is used, its maximum lifting capacity is its rated load, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
