This has nothing to do with the quality of the crane, because the brake pads are vulnerable parts, and the brake pads will wear regardless of the driving method. So what are the wearing parts of the crane?
Wire rope: The wire rope is fixed on the electric hoist drum to accept the load, and the degree of wear affects the load-bearing capacity of the wire rope. Long-term use will wear the wire rope. When the size of the wire rope does not match the rope groove of the drum, the wear is more severe. When the wire rope is worn to a certain degree, it is necessary to replace it.
Wire and cable: The working environment has a great influence on the wires and cables of the crane, such as high temperature, corrosive gas, etc. The wires and cables are often simply aging at high temperatures, which will cause safety accidents. Therefore, after one year of use, the wires and cables should be checked for aging and damage, and should be replaced immediately if necessary.
Cushioning pad: A cushioning pad is installed on the end beam to reduce the impact of train operation on one end of the track. The wear of the cushion is related to the driving frequency. When the seat cushion is found to be damaged, it should be replaced immediately.

Brake pads: ordinary cranes are stopped by the brake equipment of the motor. When the brake pads are worn to a certain degree, the brake will slide or the hook will slide down. At this moment, you need to manually adjust the braking distance of the brake pads. If the brake pads are severely worn, they should be replaced immediately.
