How to install Mounted pillar jib crane
When you receive the goods,before installation, pls check whether the products and technical documents are complete, Whether the goods is damaged,in addition to,don’t forget to clear the spare parts every half year.
Firstly the column installation, the column should be vertical on the ground, and the anchors screws of the ground plate must be tightened without loosening. The base plate and the foundation should fit well. If electric hoist is equipped, cable and grounding facilities shall be embedded in the foundation. The embedded cable shall be led out from the Foundation Center, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 4 ohm.

Pls following orders
Lift the arm slowly and horizontally.
Connect the rotary device with the rotary arm beam and install the reducer.
The electric hoist and traveling trolley are installed on the track of the rotating arm beam.
Install C-type rail on top of arm beam. There is a self-made sliding car in the C-type track, and it should be on the same side as the electric control box on the chain electric hoist.
All electrical appliances on the beam shall be connected and installed with proper length of power line. C-type track trolley and cable are respectively bound and fixed with binding wire.
After finishing the above steps the integral hoisting of the swiveling arm beam can be carried out.
During hoisting, after lifting according to the specified lifting method, align the shaft with the bearing hole on the top of the column, and slowly lower the roller against the raceway of the column. After adjusting the proper position, fix the shaft through the side hole on the upper part of the column with washer, round nut and round nut stop washer. Then pull the collector ring with one hand, and put it on the beam shaft through the side hole on the upper part of the column.
Then, connect the wire hanging in the hole around the beam with the terminal on the collector ring, connect the carbon brush with the power switch at the lower part of the column by wire, and finally fix the carbon brush holder on the inner wall of the column. Adjust the sliding vane to keep good contact with the copper ring on the collector ring respectively. Turn on the power supply to test.
