The double cantilever rail type container gantry crane needs to pass through the inner space of the door legs on both sides. Therefore, the clearance in the width direction of the door leg is larger. According to the different forms of the main girder of the portal leg, the double cantilever rail type container gantry crane generally adopts the upper part of the portal leg open to form a "U" shape, and the upper part of the leg is connected to form a "Π" shape. Because the container does not have to pass through the inner space of the door leg, the structure of the gantry crane is relatively simple.
Compared with quayside container crane, the trolley running speed of rail type container gantry crane is lower, and generally there is no anti rolling device. If the user puts forward requirements for reducing the operation intensity and improving the productivity, the anti rolling device is provided. For the rope type lifting mechanism, its roll reduction is generally realized by applying damping to the rope; for the rigid lifting mechanism, the rolling reduction is realized by applying damping to the rope。
