The difference between single beam and double beam of European crane

European-style single-beam cranes are mainly composed of metal structure, cart operation organization, trolley operation organization, electric hoist and electrical devices. It is a light and small lifting equipment. It runs on I-beam tracks. The lifting organization is divided into two types: electric and manual. Hanging heavy objects is relatively simple and has many applications.
European-style double beam cranes are generally composed of mechanical, electrical and metal structures. The shape of the bridge crane is a single-span slab bridge, with both ends supported on two parallel elevated rails. Double-beam cranes are widely used in departments and places such as indoor and outdoor industrial and mining enterprises, railway transportation, steel chemical industry, mechanical processing, ports, and logistics turnover.
The European-style single-beam crane has only one main beam, and the electric hoist of the lifting organization is directly suspended on the track directly below the main beam; advantages: light weight, small structure, low energy consumption, simple structure, convenient use; defect: lifting height limited.

The European-style double beam crane has two parallel main beams. The electric hoist is installed on the trolley, which is placed on the track directly above the main beam. Advantages: easy to use, the lifting height is relative to the single beam, the lifting height of the same height crane should be higher than the height of the beam section; defect: the structure is more complicated, add a set of small frame with walking organization. Maintenance points are mostly European-style single-beam bridges and double-beam bridges.
