If it is lower than the specified mark, it must continue to be replenished until it is full. During the refueling process, it is recommended to use a refueling filter to inject, and do not mix in impure substances such as oil or water that have been shot differently.
After working for 250 hours, the filter element of the oil filter should be piled up for inspection, and the filter element can be replaced or cleaned if necessary.
Before leaving the factory, the various valves of the hydraulic system will be fully tested. The operator must check it once when using it. Basically, the pressure and flow are specified to see if there are any traces of being touched.
Every half month, the oil drain at the bottom of the hydraulic mailbox should be cleaned to remove water and impurities. Or after one year of use and 2000 hours of work, all hydraulic oil should be replaced. Of course, if the oil has not deteriorated, the oil change interval can be appropriately extended. If it is in a particularly harsh working environment, it is necessary to appropriately shorten the replacement cycle.
