Conductive trolley line protection panels should be installed at the following locations when driving:

① When the driver's cab is at the end of the trolley trolley line, a protective plate should be set between the ladder and platform leading to the crane and the trolley line;

②Under the end beam of the sliding end of the bridge crane, a protective plate should be installed to prevent accidental contact between the spreader or the wire rope and the sliding line;

③For other cranes that use trolley lines, conductive trolley line protection plates should be installed on the parts prone to electric shock;

④When the bridge crane is arranged in multiple layers, the trolley line of the lower crane shall be equipped with a protective plate.

The purpose of setting the conductive sliding contact line protection board is to isolate the sliding contact line and prevent the occurrence of electric shock accidents.
