1. The driving must be in a normal state, especially the safety devices, such as braking mechanism, sound and light, signals, interlocking devices, etc., must be sensitive and intact.
2. During the work process, the operator should concentrate on idling before hoisting, and then hoisting. The signal bell should be sounded before driving; hanging objects must not pass over people's heads. When the crane is moving, it is strictly forbidden to repair, inspect, refuel and wipe the machine. If a fault is found during operation, it must be stopped immediately.
3. The bridge crane must be equipped with reliable and sensitive safety devices. Generally, there are buffers, limiters (stroke limiter, lifting limiter), lifting limiter, windproof rail clamp, etc.

Because one side of the bridge is leading at the same time, one side is lagging, and at the moment of rebound, the leading side is lagging, and the lagging side is leading. In this way, the front and back oscillates and twists, causing plastic deformation or cracking at the junction of the bridge frame and the beam.
Parts of the acceleration drive are worn out:
As the car body twists, the wheels on both sides rotate accordingly, which causes the transmission parts of the car body to be repeatedly impacted and accelerates the wear of the combined parts such as gears and keys. Severe twisting also has the risk of twisting the drive shaft.
