Single-girder overhead crane use inspection

Single-beam bridge cranes are widely used in machinery manufacturing workshops, metallurgical workshops, petroleum, petrochemical, railway, paper, building materials, electronics and other industrial workshops, warehouses and materials. This crane has the advantages of compact appearance, low headroom, light weight and low wheel pressure.

The operation organization and trolley frame of single-beam bridge cranes are not convenient to check regularly. According to relevant rules, management must be carried out according to the types of special equipment. According to the relevant rules and the actual situation of the factory, the unified requirements of the bridge crane for each unit should include the overload limiter, the limit limiter, the scavenging plate, the support frame and the conductive trolley wire. The safety protection equipment such as the protective plate, grounding and rail end baffle are unified, and the technical requirements of the protection equipment are satisfied.

Precautions for the use of single-girder bridge cranes: When the heavy load reaches 90% of the extra load, the system announces an alarm signal; when the heavy load reaches the extra load, the system actively blocks the power supply and announces an alarm signal. When the lifting equipment of the single-beam bridge crane rises to the limit position, the lifting power supply shall be actively blocked. The lower end of the rope is installed between the lower end of the rope and the skateboard to prevent accidental contact between the rope and the skateboard. A limit block is set at the end of the track of the single-beam bridge crane to prevent the bridge from derailing.
