It is forbidden to put sundries on top of heavy objects, and no one is allowed to stand on top of them. When lifting, no unrelated persons may pass under the object. Safety measures should be perfected. For example, staff should wear safety helmets, professional personnel should conduct unified command, and various departments should coordinate their work.
