   1. metal structure

The main beam adopts U-shaped groove formed by rolling steel plate, and then forms a box-shaped web beam with I-beam. The beam is also rolled into a U-shaped groove with steel plate and welded into a box beam. The main beam and the beam are connected by bolts.

   2. Operating agency 

It adopts separate driving mode, and the driving and braking are completed by the conical rotor brake motor, and the transmission adopts "open-close" gear transmission.

   3. Electric hoist 

The CD1 electric hoist is mainly composed of three parts, one is the lifting mechanism, the other is the operating mechanism, and the third is the electrical device. 

  4. Electrical equipment 

The crane's running motor is a single-speed asynchronous cone-rotor brake motor with a running speed of 20m/min.
