After the crane is installed, the most important work that needs to be done is to carry out a load test to ensure the normal operation and safety of the performance of each component.

All installed single-beam cranes must undergo a load test. The purpose of the load test is to:

1. Check whether the performance of the crane meets the design requirements and relevant technical regulations.

2. Check whether the metal structure has sufficient strength and rigidity.

3. Whether all parts are well lubricated.

4. Whether the bearing temperature rise is normal;

5. Whether the safety device and braking device are flexible, reliable and accurate.

6. Check whether the transmission of each mechanism is stable and reliable.

7. Whether all electrical and hydraulic system components work and temperature rise is normal.
